Privacy Policy
Effective
The short version
Fractional Command collects only what is described below, uses it only for the purposes described, and does not sell it.
We run no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site.
Information we collect
Information you submit through a form on this site — typically your email address, your role, and anything you include in a message.
A count of how many times certain actions happen on this site — for example, how many times the kit was started or exported on a given day. This is a running total and nothing more: no cookie is set, no identifier is created, no IP address or browser information is stored against it, and the time is recorded only as a date. Nothing you type into a tool on this site is transmitted or included. We can see that an action happened; we cannot see who did it, and there is no record that could later be linked back to you.
Basic technical information recorded automatically by our hosting provider, including IP address and browser type, retained for security and reliability.
How we use it
To reply to you, to provide what you asked for, and to keep records of our dealings with you.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and signup records for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. We do not keep personal information indefinitely by default.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to [email protected], and we will.
Who else sees it
We use the following service providers, who may process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and request logs), and Resend (email delivery). Each is bound to use it only to provide services to us.
We disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to serve the page. There is no tracking to consent to, which is why you are not shown a cookie banner.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA. We honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Children
This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We update this policy when what we do changes — it is generated from a declaration of the site's actual capabilities, so it does not drift out of date. The effective date above tells you which version you are reading. Questions go to [email protected].
